The 42V.2A Charger we offer is suitable for electric scooters with 36V Lithium batteries, compatible with GOTRAX and other brands such as GLX V2, Apex, XR Ultra, XR Elite, G3 G4, G MAX Ultra, and Vibe. It is normal for the charger to heat up during charging, as it is working as intended. If the charger is not working, it could be due to a broken charger, poor contact, or a dead battery.

To use the charger, check the voltage and connector of your battery, connect the charger to AC power, and then connect the DC output to the battery. The LED will turn red, indicating fast charging, and then turn green when the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the charger from AC power and the battery when charging is complete.

This charger is compatible with various models, including Hiboy S2 Lite, S2 Pro, S2, Hiboy KS4, KS4 Pro, Hiboy MAX, MAX3, MAX V2, Hiboy NEX, NEX3, NEX5, Jetson Adventure, Jetson Bolt, Jetson Bolt Pro, and Jetson Metro Bike. It is not suitable for 24V, 25.2V, 29.4V, 48V, or 54.6V versions.

The charger features an intelligent IC chip that recognizes a fully charged battery and automatically switches to a saver mode, protecting against over-heating, over-current, over-voltage, and short-circuit. When the charger stops working, it will automatically power off to prevent over-discharge and damage, preserving the lifespan of the battery.
