If you do not have the right technique or the right tools, we do not suggest you make a purchase. The inner wall of the solid tire is harder than pneumatic tires, so it will be easier to install by softening them properly before installation.

We highly recommend that the installation be done by either more than two people or a professional bicycle repair shop to ensure a successful tire installation. Some tools like screwdrivers, spanner, lever, and microwave oven are required. We provide installation instructions and a video to guide you through the process.

Tips: Before installing the solid tire, it is recommended to soak it in hot water at about 60 degrees Celsius for about 3 minutes, which will make it easier to install. We highly recommend purchasing our crowbar, as it is a must-have tool for self-installation.

Please confirm your Electric Scooter RIM/HUB outer diameter and RIM/HUB groove width before placing an order. The solid tire's inner diameter is smaller than the rim's outer diameter, which is normal and designed to prevent the tire and wheel from slipping.

Installation instructions: 1. Soften the solid tire with boiling water (50~80°) or in the sun before installation. 2. Use a cable tie to fix the tire and the wheel shell, and put one end into the wheel shell. 3. Use a flat-blade screwdriver or iron tire lever to press the tire into the wheel shell. 4. Cut off the zip ties and complete the tire installation. After the installation is completed, the tire needs to stand for about 2 hours before use, allowing it to cool down completely.
