The 42V Charger with 3 Plugs (8mm 3-Prong, 5.5mm DC connectors, and 8mm/0.31in one-Prong) is a Battery Charger designed for 36V Pocket Mod and Sports Mod Lithium Batteries. If your scooter is not charging, there could be several potential reasons:

1. The charger may not be compatible with your electric bike.
2. Due to the limited lifespan of lithium batteries, your battery may be damaged, especially if it has been used for more than 12 months or left unused for 2-3 months.
3. If the green light remains on when the power is plugged in, but the light does not turn red after connecting the electric bike, it's possible that the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of the charger do not match the scooter's. You can try connecting the charger to your scooter from different interfaces.
4. If the green light turns off after connecting the electric bike, it may be due to an internal short circuit in the electric bike, causing the charger's self-protection function to activate. In this case, you should check your electric bike's battery and replace it if necessary.
