Installation Instructions: 1. Soak the tyre in hot water (50-80°C) for 5-10 minutes to soften it and make installation easier. 2. Apply soapy water or a special tyre lubricant to the inside of the tyre (avoid using grease). 3. Place both sides of the hub on the tyre and step on this side (recommended to place another tyre underneath). 4. Use professional tyre levers to insert the hub into the tyre.
